Job Description

Purpose of the role: 

To manage the operations of the Pitman Training Business in all areas including Students, Sales, Purchasing and Finance. The Pitman Training Manager will also be responsible for the agreement, implementation, and monitoring of team and individual targets and objectives while adhering to company policies and procedures.

This vacancy location is in our ICE Group Office, Galway.

Knowledge/Qualifications

  • Professional/ 3rd Level qualification in Business or equivalent work relevant experience
  • Full Clean Drivers’ License required.

  • 5 year’s Training and Development experience, experience in delivering 3rd party training is an advantage

Review Tutor’s performance.

On client accounts

Information Management

weekly figures and reports

to include each team member’s performance

Expert-level knowledge

on all Customer Management Systems (currently both PCM & Suite CRM)

so they are utilized to the fullest by the team members and also by the Manager in all required reporting functions

Monitor and evaluate

Weekly KPI activity sheets and Daily 15 minute sheets

Ensure

All invoicing

Is kept up to date, as per defined system, and is 100% accurate

Planning

Assist

the Director

with collating information relating to Tender applications.

Set quarterly targets and objectives

Manage

Purchasing of MyPitman Stock and other necessary equipment (i.e. headphones)

To ensure product needs are kept in efficient operation

Ensure Payment Plans

Are meeting targets 

By utilizing the available reports

All agreed quality processes and service delivery  agreements
