We are recruiting an Office Administrator (Permanent Position) for our exclusive client in Oranmore, Co. Galway. This is a fully supported role, Extensive training will be given in every aspect of the job and a training plan will be followed. This role is perfect for an office administrator with 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Competent geographical knowledge of the island of Ireland
- 1 – 2 years experience in an office administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail as the role will entail data inputting and
Job Requirements and Duties:
- Answering customer queries
- Entering data on our Customer Management system
- Compiling KPI reports.
Hours will be 10 am to 7 pm Mon -Fri.
Initial training hours will be 9 am – 6 pm until fully trained.
