This is a full-time vacancy as an HR Department Administrator supporting the Talent Acquisition team at our client in Galway.
This is a highly administrative role, requiring someone with previous experience and excellent MOS skills.
3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline
2-3 years experience in a similar role is required
Experience in working with an HR database system
High proficiency with MS Office suite.
Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills
Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, escalate matters, and to multi-task
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Superior administration skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
