Job Description

This is a full-time vacancy as an HR Department Administrator supporting the Talent Acquisition team at our medical devices client in Galway.

This is a highly administrative role, requiring someone with previous experience and excellent MOS skills.


  • 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline


  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role is required 

  • Experience in working with an HR database system

  • High proficiency with MS Office suite.

  • Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills

  • Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, escalate matters, and to multi-task

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
