Job Description

Our Client is hiring an Accounts Administrator in Sligo on a Permanent contract.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including Accounts Payable/ Receivable, the processing of account balances/ Bank reconciliations, facilitating invoice distribution and purchase orders as requested by the financial controller and department members to perform the functions of the finance business unit.

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge



  • Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of Accounts experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
