This year marks a special milestone for us as the pioneers of the 3-day weekend in Ireland. We introduced this initiative as a step towards prioritising the well-being and work-life balance of our employees. We couldn’t be prouder of how it has transformed our workplace culture.

This year, we’re thrilled to have continued, year-on-year growth of over 20% in successfully placing candidates into roles that align with their ambitions and aspirations. With an average of 1,820 temporary agency workers each week, we’ve continued to play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with top talent, while providing temporary workers with flexibility and opportunities to thrive.

Our payroll services, ICE Pay, has been busier than ever, generating a staggering 73,527 payslips this year alone.
