Job Description
Our Client is seeking an Office Administrator with Accounts experience for a 6 month contract, c 25 hours per week
Skills and experience desired:
- An experienced Office Administrator with some manual and computerised book keeping skills
- Administration Skills and document production using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Use of mail merge for mass e-mails (Newsletters etc)
- Knowledge and experience gained in basic accounts, the basics of VAT, checking invoices, day books.
- Digital Marketing awareness - facebook, twitter, etc
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Experienced in filing and general office administration
- Tactful and efficient l in dealing with queries, requests and issues
- Experience in Veterinary products beneficial but not required
