Job description
 
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic Warehouse and Supply Chain team, supporting the efficient movement, storage and distribution of materials and finished products across the site.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring materials and products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.
 
Successful candidates will work a set shift pattern (Monday-Friday) on a 39 hour week.
 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for picking & packing of products and orders ensuring pick & batch accuracy.
  • Partake in Cycle counts as they occur and assist count discrepancies follow up.
  • Assist in other areas of CV as time allows. RC / Goods In / Returns
  • Liaising with other internal departments.
  • Temperature Monitoring Anomalies
  • All warehouse personnel are responsible for housekeeping. (clean as you go)
  • Responsibility for adhering to health and safety guidelines & PPE
  • Other Administration duties as required.
  • Responsible for Packing products / orders accurately and in a manner to ensure no damaged can occur in transit to customers.
  • Be available to work on if required to assist getting as many orders as possible out to customers.

Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a GMP warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA guidelines is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including Word and Excel is an advantage.
  • Forklift and turret truck licenses are a plus but not essential.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems or basic computer proficiency desirable.
