What you will drive
- Revenue growth, margin improvement and overall business performance.
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across markets.
- Build scalable, efficient operations that support growth.
- Strengthen teams, accountability and execution.
- Using data, technology and automation to accelerate performance.
This role is about momentum, taking what is already in place and pushing it to the next level.
Experience Required
- 10+ years’ experience in a senior operational or commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins, and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience working in fast-paced SME or scaling environments, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of identifying opportunities and converting them into tangible outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, building management capability, and driving high performance.
- Experience implementing operational improvements, systems, and structures to support growth.
- Comfortable using data, technology, and automation to enhance performance and decision-making.
- A hands-on, results-driven leader who takes ownership and delivers.
