Overview:
Our client is seeking a Building Services Engineering professional to provide short-term support across their Buildings & Estates function. This role will assist with project coordination, contractor management, and maintaining essential building services during a busy operational period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of small to medium projects across buildings and estates
- Coordinate contractors, schedules, site access, and project documentation
- Assist with infrastructure upgrade programmes and operational works
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external service providers
- Support inspections, compliance documentation, and maintenance tracking
- Assist with planning and coordination of planned shutdowns and critical works
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination, facilities, construction, or technical environments
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of health & safety, RAMS, and site processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems (e.g. helpdesk / maintenance tracking)
- Flexible to support occasional out-of-hours works if required
Desirable:
- Experience in building services, M&E, or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to complex or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with asset management or maintenance systems
