Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:Play a key role in the success of our engineering team by managing and organising daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our new project area.
- Document Management:Use your Microsoft Office expertise to format, edit, and maintain essential project documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Quality System Management:Gain valuable experience by working with our in-house quality system, where full training will be provided. You’ll contribute to maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with engineering staff to support project goals and timelines, making a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new systems and processes
