Recruitment & Delivery:
- Own full-cycle delivery for high-volume roles across key client accounts (e.g. warehousing, production, transport)
- Maintain 100% fulfilment through proactive candidate pipeline management and recruitment planning
- Ensure end-to-end process compliance (screening, onboarding, documentation, eligibility, reference checks)
- Implement structured workflows and updates using our ATS / CRM and internal SOPs
Client Account Fulfilment:
- Serve as the point of contact for fulfilment performance and pipeline status
- Conduct regular client check-ins, fulfilment reviews and SLA updates
- Monitor and report on open roles, headcount projections, and unfilled demand
- Lead fulfilment review meetings and support client satisfaction surveys
Data & Compliance:
- Ensure all delivery is compliant with Irish employment legislation and ICE Group’s ISO standards
- Maintain clean and accurate reporting on candidate flow, time-to-fill, retention and placement metrics
- Provide fulfilment data to senior management via weekly scorecards and Lion Reports
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and coach recruiters in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and candidate management
- Sign off on training progression via CWF Academy and HR Locker
- Help prioritise recruiter workflows, ensure quality control, and support team KPIs

- Strong knowledge of high-volume, industrial, or contingent workforce models
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance and employment legislation (e.g. AW Act, Working Time Act)
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage pipelines, hit delivery metrics, and handle competing demands
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (JobAdder experience ideal)
- Process-driven, highly organised, and metrics-focused
