Overview
ICE Group are looking for a confident and experienced administrator to take on a senior support role within a busy healthcare team. You’ll be overseeing day-to-day administrative processes and supporting clinical staff in delivering frontline services. This role would suit someone organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating admin support across a multidisciplinary team
- Supervising and guiding more junior administrative staff
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and internal records
- Handling internal communications and acting as the team’s point of contact for admin matters
- Ensuring files and systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Supporting the implementation of procedures and contributing to service improvements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Solid admin experience, ideally in a senior or team support role
- Previous work in a healthcare or public sector environment desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using MS Office and internal systems
- Able to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
