Overview
ICE Group are recruiting for an experienced administrator to support a busy multidisciplinary healthcare team within the Public Sector. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and enjoys variety in their day.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate typing of correspondence, notes, and reports, including dictation-based work
- General admin tasks such as filing, updating records, and document management
- Covering reception as needed – answering phones and handling enquiries
- Supporting a senior administrator in coordinating tasks and keeping things running smoothly
- Working independently using internal systems to manage day-to-day workload
- Assisting a wider clinical and administrative team as needed
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fast and accurate typing skills, including dictaphone experience
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or public sector setting
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A team player who is also comfortable working on their own initiative
