At ICE Group, we’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Training Sales Advisor to promote and sell Pitman Training courses, build strong client relationships, and support learners throughout their journey.
  
Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for sales and helping others achieve their career goals? In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting Pitman Training courses, converting enquiries into enrolments, and building lasting relationships with learners. Alongside your sales focus, you’ll also support students throughout their learning journey and ensure a high-quality training experience.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive course sales by converting enquiries into enrolments and achieving individual targets
• Proactively promote Pitman Training courses through calls, emails, events, and social media
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing learners to understand their goals and recommend suitable courses
• Deliver consultations and provide tailored course advice to clients
• Supervise and support Pitman Training students to ensure a high level of customer experience
• Manage student attendance, payments, and progress tracking
• Provide student inductions and respond to queries professionally and promptly
• Administer course logistics including exams, materials, and technical support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure CRM/training systems are up to date
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to support business growth
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and events
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and organisational policies

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, or business development
• Strong ability to build relationships and convert leads into sales
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proactive and target-oriented mindset
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in education or training environments is desirable
• Familiarity with Pitman Training products is an advantage
• A positive, resilient, and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
• Flexibility (some evening or Saturdays work might be required)
