Join Our Team as an Operations Administrator – 6 months contract
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our client site operations in Spiddal, Co. Galway with a strong focus on People Management, Production, Training, and Maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and manage compliance requirements.
- Support employee attendance, payroll, and leave tracking.
- Coordinate staffing levels and workforce planning.
- Assist in training coordination and compliance management.
- Manage internal communication and support meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks and assist with site-based projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or similar (preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years in an administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Payroll & Purchasing applications and production tracking systems is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Work Environment & Hours
- Office-based role within a manufacturing plant – Monday to Friday
- Occasional visits to the production floor for coordination and data collection
- Standard working hours apply.
