As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the efficient and accurate packing of customer orders, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Preferred Requirements:
- Supervise and lead warehouse team members during the packing shift
- Motivate and manage staff to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets based on KPIs
- Ensure all customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and in line with quality standards
- Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise workflow efficiency
- Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory or management experience (essential)
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, retail fulfilment, or similar operational environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
