Our Onsite Interpreting Service delivers professional ISL interpreting for healthcare, education, and community sectors. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and supporting interpreters with ongoing training and development.
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced ISL Interpreter to join our growing team in the West of Ireland. This role offers flexibility, competitive rates, and the opportunity to make a real impact in changing people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and professional ISL interpreting in person and remotely.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold interpreting standards.
- Collaborate with clients and service providers for effective communication.
- Manage assignments efficiently across diverse settings.
Requirements
- Recognised ISL Interpreter qualification (Diploma/Degree).
- Minimum 1 year professional experience.
- Registered with SLIS or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the West of Ireland.
- Access to reliable transport.
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare or educational interpreting.
- Familiarity with remote interpreting platforms.
