As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory within our warehouse and production areas. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in Galway.
You will work a condensed shift pattern- 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next week- 08:00 pm- 08:00 am- say goodbye to the Monday-Friday slog!

Your Role
- Move stock and freight between loading docks, storage, and production areas using manual or motorized equipment (forklift experience is a plus!).
- Keep accurate records of receipts, shipments, and invoices.
- Maintain data integrity on our Warehouse Operating System.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment—packing, loading, and securing products.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Communicate key updates during pass-down meetings to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Maintain equipment and uphold high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is essential; production environment experience is a bonus.
- Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.
- Qualifications: Forklift license desirable (training can be provided).
- Reliability: 5 years of work experience or valid explanation for gaps in your CV.
