The Role
An Account Manager / Business Development Executive to partner with clients and accelerate their business potential through digital transformation and the adoption of secure, leading technologies.
This role focuses on delivering measurable sales results, enhancing customer satisfaction, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure long-term value.
What you will be doing
- Develop and nurture relationships with client accounts to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Reach and exceed personal revenue and margin targets within the Intuity service portfolio.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and follow through to close of sale.
- Plan and pitch proactive solutions that grow revenue and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver customer success.
- Maintain strong knowledge of software and hardware solutions.
- Learn and share as part of a growing team, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Essential Requirements:
- 3rd Level Qualification or 3-5 Years+ experience in a similar role (ICT Industry and/or qualification an advantage).
- Demonstrable evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent IT skills and CRM experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Full driver’s licence preferred.
- Experience in remote/hybrid work environments and digital-first approaches.
