Immediate vacancy available for a general practice medical secretary in a busy, modern, IT equipped practice in Claregalway, 3 -4 days per week, Friday essential, 8.30am to 5.30pm. We are a friendly practice comprising of 3 GPs, a practice nurse and one other secretary.
Job description
Day to day running of the practice including, but not limited to,utilising or managing:
Health mail, PCRS, STC uploading, updating records, scanning correspondence and making/managing appointments.
Job Type: 25.5 hours over 3 days

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Previous medical secretary/GMS/pharmacy/healthcare related experience desirable but not essential for the right candidate who is enthusiastic as training can be provided.
Admin experience is essential, minimum 1 year.
