Contract: 12 weeks (immediate start)
Hours: Staggered shifts across a 7-day roster
Main Duties
- Reception duties including greeting patients and visitors
- Registering patients, processing admissions and discharges
- Updating and maintaining hospital systems and records
- Answering phones and dealing with internal and external queries
- Filing, scanning, and general office administration
- Supporting medical, nursing, and management staff with day-to-day clerical needs
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 1 year clerical/administration experience (hospital or healthcare experience an advantage)
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Flexibility to cover shifts across a 7-day roster, including evenings, nights and weekends
