This is an owner-side property management role for a privately held, mixed use portfolio (office, residential and retail) located across Galway and Dublin. 
  
We are seeking a trusted, experience professional to take fill operational responsibility for the portfolio. This role will suit someone that is to highly experience and confident working on their own initiative with minimal supervision, looking to reduce to part-time hours. It will be located in Galway, with occasional travel to Dublin. 
  
  
Duties and Responsibilities 
  
– Liaise with the tenant, manage and resolve issues that arise
– Collect rent from tenants, and follow up on any arears (on-time and income protected)
– Issue lease, renewals and notices, using legal support where required 
– Schedule and coordinate viewings and deal with tenant onboarding 
– Conduct regular site inspections across the portfolio
– Manage snag lists, maintenance and small works
– Source, appoint and supervise contractors
– Manage utilities, insurance, service charges and suppliers
– Comply with RTB, fire safety and other statutory regulations
– Keep an accurate records of all activities
– Prepare monthly owner reports 
  
  
The successful candidate:
  
– 10 + years experience in property or estate management 
– Qualified to act as a letting agent in Ireland 
– Experience with mixed-use portfolios
– Strong knowledge and understanding of Irish property legislation
– Comfortable working independently in a part-time role
– Highly organised, commercially minded and discreet 
– Conduct themselves in a professional manner
