Medical & Surgical Nurse – Working Holiday Visa (Australia’s Far West)
Location: Far West, New South Wales – Australia
Contract: 3–6 months (Working Holiday Visa)

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Medical & Surgical Nurses to work across general wards in regional hospitals in the Far West of NSW. You’ll deliver high-quality care to patients with diverse clinical needs while building valuable nursing experience. Your role will include:
- Providing pre- and post-operative care
- Managing acute and chronic medical care
- Administering medications and IV therapies
- Coordinating with doctors and allied health professionals
- Supporting patient recovery
Requirements
- UK or Irish citizenship (eligible for Working Holiday Visa)
- Valid AHPRA registration
- Full driver’s licence
- 2–3 years’ experience in a medical/surgical ward setting
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability
- Adventurous, flexible, and ready to relocate
