ICE Group is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth in our Recruitment Business Unit(Agency Temps, Direct Hires, Healthcare & more)
��Build and grow client relationships
�� Win new business through outreach & networking
�� Support recruiters to match the right candidates with the right roles
�� Represent ICE Group at events and in the market
What you’ll need:
✔ Experience in sales, customer service or marketing (recruitment experience a plus)
✔ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
✔ Strong IT skills (MS Office)
✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset
✔ Full clean driving licence
