Based in Oranmore this temporary assignment will be for 8-12 weeks-immediate start. Due to location own transport is essential
- Diary Management for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team meetings and events. Using MS Outlook / MS Teams etc.
- Communications & Connectivity for the CEO responding to correspondences and drafting documents as agreed with CEO. Using in person communications/ Telephone / MS Team Meetings / MS Word / Outlook for emails.
- Minutes and meeting reports drafting minutes, notes and reports and following up on actions and deadline for the CEO. Using telephone, in person meetings, MS Office – Word, Excel etc.
- Drafting PowerPoint Materials – Ms PowerPoint.
- Supporting meetings and events – support CEO in organising events and internal / external engagement meetings.
- File & Records Management – MS Office and MS SharePoint.
- Procurement and Budget tracking using internal systems and following public sector/MI policies on procurement and the tracking of expenditure for OCEO – Internal System and MS Excel
