Microsoft 365 Senior Delivery Consultant
Location: Galway (Hybrid), Ireland Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements at a Senior Consultant level across D365 CRM, Business Applications, and client strategy.
- Drive the growth of the Business Solutions practice and strengthen support capabilities.
- Own delivery responsibilities for client projects including D365 CRM implementations, application modernisation, security, and business outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership throughout engagements and contribute to solution evolution.
- Support D365 sales initiatives through estimating, solution development, delivery strategy, and workshops.
- Collaborate with business and strategy teams to identify and unlock sales opportunities.
- Deliver technical training to customer technical teams.
- Conduct research on system upgrades to assess feasibility, cost, timelines, and compatibility.
- Design and deliver Microsoft-focused modern solutions across multiple industries.
- Provide guidance and support to the technical support team.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Collaborative team player with a delivery-focused, “can-do” attitude.
- Willingness to travel based on client/project requirements (Galway-based).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Relevant third-level qualification.
