We are hiring for an exciting, permanent role with our Training Team. The Training Department Administrator is vital to the successful management of the Training business unit.
- Professional qualifications in Business/Teaching or equivalent work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of training administration systems
- Excellent interpersonal and strong effective communication skills
- Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters, to multi task and achieve deadlines
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to make effective judgements on available data
- Problem solving
- Influence individuals
- Impervious attention to detail
- Previous testing administration/ tutor experience.
