Job Description

The Role

To coordinate and manage the administration of all Training within the Corporate Training BU.

  • Galway based
  • Some car travel to clients/ other ICE Group Offices
  • Flexible working hours to meet deadlines & meetings being held


  • Professional qualifications in Business/Teaching or equivalent work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training administration systems


  • Excellent interpersonal and strong effective communication skills
  • Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters, to multi-task and achieve deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to make effective judgements on available data
  • Problem-solving
  • Influence individuals
  • Impervious attention to detail
  • Excels in customer relationships & customer experience
  • Results-Based Task Execution


  • 5 Years Previous administration work experience
  • Previous Training Delivery or Learning & Development Experience
