Job Description

The Role

To coordinate and manage the administration of all Training within the Corporate Training BU, with a focus on the Skillnet(s) Administrative Function.

  • Galway based
  • Some car travel to clients/ other ICE Group Offices
  • Flexible working hours to meet deadlines & meetings being held


  • Professional qualifications in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training administration systems

Functional skills

  • Success in Customer Relationships & Relationships Building
  • Sales experience
  • Proven ability to close out on tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong effective communication skills
  • Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters, to multi-task and achieve deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to make effective judgements on available data
  • Problem-solving
  • Impervious attention to detail
  • Excels in customer relationships & customer experience


  • 2 Years’ Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Previous Training Delivery or Learning & Development Experience
