Our client in Leitrim is seeking a Temp Accounts Administrator to support the accounts department of the business. You will work closely with the Manufacturing Production and Fleet Support Staff in this role and report to the Finance Manager
- 3 years accounts payable experience minimum
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
- Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent data entry and attention to detail
- Creating Purchase orders
- Support different departments by creating POs as necessary for different goods
- Complete Good received notice using Sage.
- Review supplier invoices and identify any discrepancies
- Match supplier invoices to Purchase orders
- Gather, sort and upload all relevant financial documentation to Sage or other financial system.
- Liaise with suppliers and respond to any emails/ phone calls.
