We are looking for Payroll Administrator with payroll processing experience and looking to gain further experience in the field of payroll. 

This is a full time permanent positon. The salary range will be commensurate with the experience of the successful applicant. 

As the Payroll Administrator you will be required to provide payroll services to a number of clients and act as a point of contact for employer queries, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly pay runs, emailing reports to clients and payslips to employees and keeping up-to-date with payroll legislation. 

There will also be some administrative tasks and will also ensure the efficient running of the office, including answering calls and dealing with general client queries. 

You will be working with a small team in a relaxed environment, where you can Be Bloody Brilliant!   


  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing of weekly fortnightly and monthly payrolls 

  • Become involved in all aspects of payroll on behalf of our clients, processing accurately on time and compliantly 

  • Manage all client and employee payroll queries, and escalate when appropriate 

  • Work within a team and be responsible for administrative tasks, answering calls, emailing clients, filing reports etc.  

  • Take responsibility for ensuring work is completed efficiently and within deadline 


  • IPASS or similar qualification desirable but not essential 

  • Must have previously worked with SAGE payroll, or similar package 

  • Must have previously processed company payrolls in full: from entering timesheet/timeclock reports, processing payrolls, generating & checking control summaries, downloading RPNs, completing Revenue payroll submissions 

  • Must have a complete understanding of payroll and all payroll processes, obligations and regulations 

  • Must be able to work without supervision 

  • MS Office and Excel knowledge is desirable 

  • An ability to multi-task, be flexible and an ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
