ICE Group is seeking to hire a reliable and experienced Front of House Receptionist to provide temporary cover for a client who requires a series of periods of leave over the next few months. 6 weeks work in total between now and September.


The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all front desk duties and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
  • Manage the booking of meeting rooms and coordinate with staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Handle office administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide general office support as required


Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience as a front desk receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Customer service-oriented and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
