Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic Production and Manufacturing team, supporting the manufacture and packaging of high-quality pharmaceutical products in line with GMP and regulatory standards.
We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high-quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products while delivering excellent service and support to customers worldwide.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while contributing to Chanelle Pharma’s continued growth and success.
Successful candidates will work weekend shift (Saturdays and Sundays) and can apply for:
- Day Shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Night Shift: 7:00pm to 7:00am
These positions are offered on a 6-month contract basis and provide an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture and pack products to GMP/regulatory standards as outlined in company documentation.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Carry out IPC checks as outlined in company procedures.
- Ensure machines and equipment are maintained and operating correctly.
- Perform minor machine and equipment adjustments as appropriate.
- Clean machines and work areas in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist with training activities as required.
- Achieve targets relevant to the assigned work centre.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with documented procedures and GMP requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping in all production areas.
- Comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the contract of employment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work weekend day or night shifts on a consistent basis.
