ICE Group are currently recruiting Panel Fastener Machine Operators for our client based in Galway.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with mechanical machinery experience who are looking to develop their career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will join a supportive team and receive training while working with high-quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Panel Fastener machinery in line with production requirements.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specification.
- Record inspection and production data accurately.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the work area.
- Work closely with colleagues and shift teams to support daily production targets.
- Follow all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.
About You
- Experience operating mechanical machinery or tooling is essential.
- Previous manufacturing experience is desirable.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and available to work shifts.
- Engineering or Machining qualification is desirable but not essential.
