Purpose of Position:
To drive successful permanent placement for International Healthcare Professionals. This role is responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and attraction to managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences. Operating in a highly competitive, fast-paced recruitment market, this role will focus on delivering high-quality hires and meeting weekly KPIs and SLAs.
Role based in Galway.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Source high-calibre candidates across Healthcare (international / National), Environmental, Finance, IT, and Office Professional sectors.
- Execute effective candidate attraction strategies through ATS mining / regeneration, LinkedIn, job boards, eShots, networking, and talent pools.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in suitable permanent positions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing regular updates, interview preparation, and offer negotiation support.
- Manage onboarding and compliance for international healthcare candidates, including qualifications verification, references, medicals, visa applications, and occupational health requirements.
- Coordinate and support candidates’ relocation processes, ensuring smooth transitions from their home countries to new destinations.
Client & Account Management
- Manage multiple client recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery against contingency and campaign based recruitment needs.
- Work directly with clients alongside the BU Leader, managing expectations and ensuring a consultative approach to recruitment solutions.
- Meet and exceed quarterly objectives and ensuring SLA are met, through effective candidate and client management.
- Provide regular recruitment project updates and reports to clients and internal leadership. This may require out of hours work meetings due to varying timezones.
Business Development
- Engage in continuous business development through LinkedIn outreach, eShots, and proactive client engagement.
- Identify and develop new client relationships within the Healthcare, Finance, IT, and Office Professional sectors.
- Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person), occasionally outside of standard working hours to meet client availability.
- Promote the full range of ICE Group’s recruitment offerings and contribute to growing market share within the division.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally with exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record of successful permanent placements in competitive markets.
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for international healthcare recruitment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and KPI-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) and recruitment ATS systems (JobAdder an advantage)
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a relevant field.
- Experience managing relocation and onboarding processes for international hires.
- Advanced recruitment knowledge in a specific sector, ideally healthcare, environmental, financial sector, IT or Healthcare recruitment experience.
- A driving licence
