ICE Group, in partnership with Celestica, is currently recruiting a number of Warehouse Operatives to join this diverse, multicultural, and internationally recognised organisation.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility. Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and distributing materials while ensuring high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.

You will work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are available when needed and inventory records are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
  • Picking and packing materials and products accurately
  • Storing goods in designated warehouse locations
  • Recording stock movements and maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Preparing materials for production and shipment
  • Performing cycle counts and stock checks
  • Operating warehouse equipment in line with safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Following company quality and warehouse procedures at all times

This is a day shift position offering an excellent work-life balance through a rotating schedule:

  • 08:00 to 20:00 shifts
  • Work 3 shifts one week
  • Work 4 shifts the following week

Core Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or materials handling experience desirable
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Commitment to a 23-month contract
