Location: Galway
Contract: Temporary Fixed-Term
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: 30th September 2026
 
Duties:
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the School Office.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support the Head of School.
  • Coordinate meetings, timetables, contracts, budgets, and facilities.
  • Support examinations, postgraduate admissions, and academic processes.
  • Monitor School finances and prepare expenditure reports.
  • Assist with marketing, communications, outreach, and student recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 qualification in a relevant discipline and/or 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
  • At least 3 years’ staff supervision experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
