University of Galway is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing & Communications Unit.
Key Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students.
- Answer phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
- Staff the Information Office in the Quadrangle.
- Provide information and direct queries to appropriate departments.
- Support branded merchandise requests.
- Assist with general administration, purchase orders, invoices, and billing.
- Support communications and information notices.
Requirements:
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- Experience handling phone enquiries.
- Fluent Irish is desirable.
