Research and Innovation Content Administrator (Grade 2)
Temporary: ASAP Contract until end of September 2026
We are currently seeking a Research and Innovation Content Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality research and innovation case studies for digital storytelling.
This is a project-based role, working closely with Research & Innovation teams to transform complex material into engaging, accessible content using the Shorthand platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Format case studies for publication on the Shorthand digital storytelling platform
- Identify and incorporate supporting content including quotes, visuals, and key metrics
- Prepare and edit content for digital publishing in line with institutional tone and style
- Track and manage a high volume of case studies across various stages of completion
- Liaise with stakeholders across Research & Innovation teams and the wider university
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience using digital storytelling tools (ideally Shorthand)
- Strong creative skills across content creation, graphic design, and visual asset development
- Experience in social media and digital marketing
- Experience using SharePoint communication tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Interest in research and innovation
- Canva experience
- Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and collaborate
