Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term
Location: Rinville, Galway
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm)

Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Change Management Facilitator to support the delivery of a key organisational transformation programme. This role will focus on translating strategic objectives into practical actions, supporting leadership, and driving measurable improvements in performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning
  • Develop a comprehensive Change Management Strategy
  • Translate organisational review outcomes into a prioritised implementation roadmap

Staff Engagement & Facilitation

  • Facilitate staff workshops and forums to support change processes
  • Engage employees in the design and implementation of transformation initiatives

Communication

  • Develop and implement a structured communication strategy
  • Support leadership in delivering clear, consistent and transparent messaging
  • Provide ongoing updates on progress and key developments

Change Implementation

  • Define governance structures, reporting lines and Terms of Reference
  • Support the design and delivery of new organisational structures and processes
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Risk Management

  • Identify organisational and cultural risks
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies
  • Proactively manage resistance within a regulated and unionised environment

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and success metrics
  • Develop reporting dashboards
  • Track progress, adoption and benefits realisation

Experience Required Essential

  • Experience delivering large-scale change programmes in the public sector
  • Proven track record in implementing organisational or strategic review outcomes
  • Experience working in governance and compliance-driven environments
  • Experience managing cultural change and stakeholder resistance

Desirable

  • Experience within Irish or EU public sector settings
  • Familiarity with public service operating models and statutory bodies
