Clerical Administrative Support – 22 Month Contract Location: Dublin 2 (onsite)

Role Overview A well-organised Clerical Administrative Support professional is required to provide full administrative support to a senior director and wider team within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director and service group
- Support budget tracking, raising purchase orders, and receipting invoices/services using an online system
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate onsite meetings including room bookings, catering, and visitor access
- Provide general meeting support and assist with report and presentation preparation
- Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for the Director
- Maintain electronic and hardcopy filing systems
- Provide facilities support within the office
- Carry out additional administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Proven clerical/administrative experience
- Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a busy office environment (technical/scientific environment desirable)
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases
- Experience organising meetings and events
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience supporting report preparation and research tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting accounts and budget processes
