ICE Group is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused recruiter looking for next step to Account Management.
 

 
 

A Standout Opportunity for an Experienced Recruiter to Take Ownership of a High-Volume Client Account This is a key role where you will take full ownership of a high-volume client, driving service excellence and delivering strong results across both temporary and permanent workforce solutions.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and develop a key high-volume client account, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment activity across temporary and permanent hires
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including payroll accuracy and contractor satisfaction
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality, relevant candidates aligned to client requirements
  • Monitor and deliver on key performance metrics (e.g. CV-to-interview, interview-to-placement ratios)
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and support wider business development activity
  • Ensure full compliance with agency workforce regulations, including the Agency Worker Act
  • Provide regular updates and insights on performance and recruitment activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally managing high-volume or key client accounts
  • Strong understanding of temporary and contingency workforce recruitment
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on delivering quality and results
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
