ICE Group is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused BU Lead to drive the success of our Contingency Workforce Recruitment division.
This is a key leadership role where you will shape strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding results across temporary and permanent workforce solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and grow the Contingency Workforce Recruitment BU, driving performance, service excellence, and revenue growth
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff, creating a high-performance culture
  • Oversee end-to-end temp workforce operations, including payroll accuracy and contractor satisfaction
  • Build and strengthen strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and repeat business
  • Drive KPI performance across the team (e.g. CV-to-interview, interview-to-placement, payroll accuracy)
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business development initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with agency workforce regulations (including Agency Worker Act)
  • Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic input to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in recruitment, with proven leadership or BU management capability
  • Expertise in contingency workforce / temp recruitment operations and compliance
  • Commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, solutions-focused, and capable of managing a fast-paced operation
