Overview Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to a busy HR team. This is a 6-month contract role based in Oranmore, supporting key HR processes across recruitment, learning and development, and wider HR operations.

Overview Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to a busy HR team. This is a 6-month contract role based in Oranmore, supporting key HR processes across recruitment, learning and development, and wider HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the HR team
- Support recruitment and selection administration in line with policies and procedures
- Assist with Learning & Development administration activities
- Support budget tracking, including raising purchase orders and receipting invoices using an online system
- Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting requirements
- Draft communications, reports, and responses, including managing HR inbox queries
- Coordinate and support HR meetings, events, and initiatives
- Assist with administration and implementation of agency frameworks
- Monitor and track probation processes, including issuing reminders to managers
- Support tracking and administration of employee increments
- Administer timesheet processing for temporary staff
Requirements / Experience
- Strong IT skills with the ability to work across multiple systems, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience using Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, ideally within HR
- Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing is highly desirable
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
