Key Responsibilities
- Assist in administering policies and procedures related to student fee collection
- Process and update records in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide day-to-day administrative support within the Fees Office
- Maintain organised documentation and filing systems
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Respond to general queries and provide administrative assistance as required
- Contribute to the smooth running of office operations through effective coordination and organisation
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
