The Role
Our client’s company, a well‑established provider of managed print services, digital technology, security and coffee systems, is seeking an experienced Sales Area Manager to manage and grow a key territory across Galway.
This is a hands‑on senior sales role working with a diverse client base including hospitals, universities, colleges, schools and large commercial organisations. The position reports directly to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales across Galway & the West
- Handle a portfolio of major corporate and public‑sector clients
- Work directly with IT departments, procurement teams and senior stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting to contract close
- Drive new business while maintaining long‑standing client relationships
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards
- Work alongside technicians and administrative support staff
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and service delivery
- Take a proactive, hands‑on approach to client issues
Requirements
- Proven B2B field sales background
- Strong experience dealing with corporate and public‑sector clients
- Confident engaging with IT and procurement teams
- High energy, strong work ethic and hands‑on sales approach
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
