  • Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to forecast demand, agree recruitment plans and proactively manage risks
  • Champion compliance and onboarding excellence, ensuring right-to-work checks, documentation and start readiness are completed accurately and on time
  • Continuously improve how we recruit, refining sourcing strategies, templates and workflows while promoting best practice and consistent ATS/ISO processes
  • Build for the future, supporting hiring into your own team, identifying capability gaps and creating development pathways that retain and progress talent
  • Represent CWF with confidence, contributing to client meetings and workforce planning discussions with practical, solutions-focused insight

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in HR, Business, Recruitment or a related discipline
  • 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within high-volume, onsite, industrial or contingent workforce environments
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting others’ development (formal people management experience welcomed but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment standards and candidate compliance
  • A confident communicator who builds trust with clients, candidates and colleagues
  • A structured, process-driven approach with the ability to prioritise and motivate in a fast-paced, target-led environment
  • Comfort using ATS/CRM systems and recruitment reporting (JobAdder experience is a bonus)
