Role Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our busy and energised team. Working closely with management and sales teams, this role will be central to promoting both the company brand and its property portfolio across traditional and digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy, consistent messaging, and integrated marketing. They will be confident balancing creative execution with analytical thinking, ensuring campaigns are effective, cohesive, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and management teams by preparing marketing materials, documents, and proposals
- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms using Canva and Meta tools
- Develop, implement, and evaluate short- and long-term marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and advertising across all platforms and media
- Write and distribute press releases and assist with PR and event planning
- Manage print advertising across local and national publications
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Coordinate, film, and publish property and company video content
- Develop promotional materials for multiple auction campaigns annually
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and SEO optimisation
- Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Manage special projects and reports as required
- Provide in-house IT and digital support to staff when needed
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives conversion
- Solid understanding of branding and the importance of consistent advertising and messaging
- Digitally savvy with strong technical aptitude
- Confident working independently while collaborating within a team
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
Desirable Skills
- Video editing and graphic design experience
- Proficient in Canva and Capcut
- Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Event management experience
- Knowledge of the property auction process
