To work within the Contingency Workforce (CWF) Recruitment team, which operates a structured, ISO approved recruitment system, to allow for high volume recruitment campaigns to be run effectively. This means the individual, will work across all areas of the recruitment process to ensure a quality, compliant recruitment process is followed. Working to standardised recruitment processes to ensure 100% fulfilment. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop strong techniques in candidate sourcing, attraction and screening for high volume recruitment clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Screening and Selection

  • Sourcing candidates who wish to work in production, warehousing or transport roles within Ireland – through consistent candidate attraction strategies
  • Screening candidates in line with our recruitment standard operating procedures (SOP’s) ensuring compliance and accuracy 100%
  • Carrying out relevant skills testing in line with client requirements
  • Matching and placing candidates in the right role, taking consideration of both their and the client requirements.
  • Updating candidates regularly by phone and email to maximise retention in the recruitment process.

Onboarding

  • Managing all compliance checks including PEM’s, references, work eligibility and ensuring all checks are verified and updated.
  • On-boarding candidates in line with specific customer accounts including inductions, roll calls, staff ID Cards, New Starter Information, and Payroll Confirmations.

Client / Account Management

  • Updating daily, weekly and monthly candidate / client trackers to manage the candidate pipeline vs workforce projections
  • Flexibility in working hours to facilitate on-site evening / night shift interviews
  • Attending client meetings virtually, and on site to ensure the level of service provided is in line with SLA’s
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
  • Conduct client satisfaction checks / surveys, and present relevant recruitment reports.
  • Supporting HR (Workforce Management) in ensure client and SLA requirements are achieved.

Workforce Management

  • Daily updating and reporting using our in-house CRM System to maximise team work, compliance and efficiency across the team.
  • Acting as first line of communication with Agency workforce (workforce management activities).
  • Being aware of important employment legislation such as Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Worker Act), National Minimum Wage, Organisation of Working Time Act, Employment Permits Act, etc.

Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Relevant Discipline
Advanced IT Training / Course
HR Certificate or Recruitment Experience

Full clean Driving Licence
Advanced IT Skills (Excel / Word / MS Teams)
A quality mindset, process orientated
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (presenting, interpersonal / building rapport)
Strong ability to multi-task and work in a extremely fast paced environment
