Temporary Assignment based in Oranmore.
Admin Support position for 4 to 5 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
This role is fully onsite, working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a total of 35 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection Administration:
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating candidate communications
- Preparing interview packs and documentation
- Assisting with shortlisting and document tracking
- Updating recruitment trackers and internal systems
General Administrative & Project Support:
- Providing daily clerical assistance such as managing emails, queries, and filing
- Supporting meeting preparation
- Taking minutes
- Following up on actions as needed
- Helping with the setup of meeting rooms and events
- Performing other administrative tasks to support the project during the review period
